Perforated Powder Coated Fish Scale Aluminum Plate is PVDF powder coated after perforation by CNC machine, chrome surface treatment and other pre-treatment. The coated materials are top coated fluorocarbon and polyvinylidene fluoride resin (KANAR500) vanish. Excellent resistance to corrosion and weatherability, to acid rain, salt mist and a variety of air pollutants, excellent resistance to hot and cold conditions, withstand strong ultraviolet radiation, long-term to maintain color, no pulverization, the coating can be guaranteed at least for 25 years in life time.

Dimensions:

Substrate of high-quality and high-strength aluminum alloy plate can be with a thickness of 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm and other specifications. Aluminum specifications are basically 3003, 3004, 1100 or customized, the largest size up to 4000mm × 1500mm × 2000mm (L × W × H).
