Product Description
UAE Onyx Veneer Aluminum Honeycomb Composite Ceiling Panel for Luxurious Indoor Decoration is UAE Onyx stone veneer composite panel with an aluminum honeycomb backing panel. As the luxurious appearance of the UAE Onyx, it is used specially for the high end indoor decoration. With the same stone material, the lighter weight and higher strength Onyx stone honeycomb panel has been widely used as the ceiling panel.
The stone honeycomb panels can be customized in designing and manufacturing by Pasia company so that the pattern and size can be suitable for any size inside the elevator cabin and the thickness may be 20 mm in total with a 3 mm thick stone veneer or can be customized based on the owner’s or the designer’s request.
An aluminum honeycomb backed stone panel is capable of sustaining a person’s weight without any problem. However, by making the surface treatment and special frame support, the long resistance and the flexibility of aluminum honeycomb panel sandwiched composite panel are guaranteed.
Integrating the aluminum honeycomb panel original from the aerospace technology with natural artistic appearance stone like granite, marble, onyx, sandstone, basalt and limestone, the stone honeycomb panel have been widely used at masses of fields where require careful considerations on the weight, strength, cost and installation time control as well as limitations. Onyx honeycomb panels have been used extensively in indoor and outdoor decoration, classical old building renovation, elevator ceiling, wall and floor, inner decoration for the shipbuilding and high speed train as well as other applications.
Pasia Stone Honeycomb Panel is grossly with an area weight of about 16 kg/ m2, which is approximately 1/5 of the solid stone. Thus, the labor, time, installation supporting facilities can be greatly saved especially considering the increased labor cost. By adding the honeycomb panel backing with high rigidity, Pasia Stone Honeycomb Panels shows excellent impact resistance and flexural strength and other mechanical performance. According to the testing result, the shock resistance performance value can be up to 60 times more than their solid stone veneer with 3 cm thickness.
