Product Description
Marble Stone Honeycomb Roof Panel at 1200 mm width and 1200 mm length with Customized Thickness is a stone honeycomb panel with a 1200 times 1200 mm size. The panel is especially for the roof use. With a good apperance and easy installation property, it is widely used for the building linkway roof cover. It is the most popular size for most of the projects are 1200mm times 1200 mm. As the panel weight is about 20 kg with which a regular man labor can easily handle but the size is large enough. For hanging one panel of this size, there will be four 600 * 600 mm2 sized panel hanged. It is a great saving of time and increases efficiency. Although the thickness can be customized, the weight and strength will not change too much. Many application field needing thicker panel can be realized.
Stone Description
Marble is a non-foliated metamorphic rock composed of recrystallized carbonate minerals, most commonly calcite or dolomite. Geologists use the term "marble" to refer to metamorphosed limestone; however, stonemasons use the term more broadly to encompass unmetamorphosed limestone. Marble is commonly used for sculpture and as a building material.
The advantages of the stone honeycomb panel:

The marble veneer for the marble composite panel with aluminium plastic panel can be only 3 ~ 5mm thick. Commonly used composite panel with tiles or granite is only with a thickness of about 12mm. It saves much cost at least on the transportation. Accordingly, it is the best choice for the use on the building with a load limit.

Regular original marble plate will change color or with dirty pollution on the surface if using the cement wet pasting. While for the composite panel, as the dense and hard substrate and the glue film, the above mentioned situation will not happen.

Depending on the above characteristics, the efficiency and safety and costs of the installation process are greatly improved.
D. Sound insulation and moisture-proof
An aluminum honeycomb backed stone panel transcends the properties of the original stone panel on the sound insulation, moisture and heat insulation and cold insulation performance because of the honeycomb structure.
E. Cut costs
Due to thin and light stone composite material, it can save costs on transportation and installation. Furthermore, the finished composite stone panel will be more cost-efficient than their original plate.
