High Pressure Homogenizer Introduction

High Pressure Homogenizer uses a suspension under high pressure conditions through an adjustable current limiting pressure loss notch (homogenizing valve), expansion, explosion, shear, and high-speed impact, etc. it can make the suspension of the material at ultrahigh pressure. the high-speed flow-through cavity has a special internal structure enables a series of changes in the physical, chemical, and structural properties of the material and ultimately achieves uniform results.

High Pressure Homogenizer Applications:

1. Food and beverage: enzyme, condiment, tomato sauce, fruit paste, cream oil, beverage, dairy beverage, ice cream, baby food, chocolate, spices, milk powder.

1.Manual Operating Homogenizer

Two- stage homogenizer system with manual pressure adjustment is easy to use. It is your economic choice.

2.Hydraulic Operating Homogenizer

The hydraulic control system is developed to adjust the homogenizer pressure, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control system by changing to Proportional valves.

3.Pneumatic Operating Homogenizer

The pneumatic control system is developed for the homogenizer, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control.

4.Large Capacity Homogenizer

This machine has five plungers with the maximum flow reaching 30000L/H. The hydraulic end adopts the split structure which facilitates assembly and disassembly. The pressure adjustment can adopt manual or hydraulic mode.

5.Laboratory Homogenizer

Capacity: 60L/H Max Pressure</=70MPa
