Manual operating Homogenizer
A two-stage homogenizing system with manual pressure adjustment is the economical choice for users who need ease of use.
Hydraulic operating Homogenizer
The hydraulic control system is designed to adjust the homogenizer pressure. It can be upgraded to a remote control system by changing to proportional valves for added convenience.
Pneumatic operating Homogenizer
To control homogenizing, the pneumatic control system is developed. It can also be upgraded to a remote control system for optimal use.
The SAMRO homogenizer uses a unique working method to subdivide particles or droplets in mixed fluids with high pressure into the very smallest sizes (diameter Φ=0.1~0.2 um, average Φ ≤1um). This process utilizes pressure decrease, expansion, explosion, cutting and high-speed impacts. In the end, emulsions or dispersives could be produced, as shown in the following figure.
After homogenizing, many beneficial effects on products could be achieved, including improved stability, better absorbability, longer shelf life, improved taste and color, and so on.
The power end includes two-stage gear box for driving, with a special alloy bearing and bilateral rolling bearing that all contribute to a lower noise and a 10% increase in mechanical efficiency. Automatic splash lubrication is used, making it both safe and reliable.
The liquid end is equipped with three-way type pump with radial self-sealing gland, and three plungers that are durable and easy to disassemble. There are 6 poppet valves in and out for improved flow and reliable performance. Pressure control is handled by a diaphragm gauge assembly, all of which is managed by an adjustable valve in the inlet.
