Automatically Plastic Bicycle Handlebar Grips Injection Molding Machine, output 25 seconds 2 pcs
1. Upper plate attached with 2 upper molds, rotary table attached with 2 under molds, rotary table turns in 90 degree
forward and reverse, then double color/ double materials injection is accomplished.
2. Vertical clamping with rotary table, plus two independent injection units with respective hydraulic oil system controlled
through computer, even more suitable for double-color/ material injection.
3. rotary table with 4 stations,operating easier and improve production efficiency.
4. Scalable computer program and special multi station rotary table(2 upper molds, 4 under molds), attached with
automatic insert and takeoff device, achieve automatic production.
Automatically Handlebar Grips Plastic Injection Moulding Machine is used to make PVC grips, TPU grips and PP though handle bar on one machine.
