How to use blood pressure monitor
1,When measuring blood pressure, you should be in a correct posture, keep your mind and muscles
in a relaxed state, do not talk and do not exercise while measuring;
2, just after doing strenuous activities to rest to a quiet state for at least 10 minutes;
3,The height of the cuff should be at the same level as the height of the heart, bare your arms when

less than mercury blood pressure monitor, it is recommended to repeat each measurement three times

Precautions for using the electronic blood pressure monitor
1, if you have just completed running, swimming, hiking and other strenuous activities
can not immediately use the electronic blood pressure monitor for blood pressure measurement,
at least 10 minutes of rest before proceeding.
2, when measuring pay attention to the correct posture, to ensure that the whole body and
mind are in a relaxed state. Breathe normally during the measurement and try not to talk.

not too high or too low.
