Product Description
The hot airflow sawdust dryer is a hot air pulse dryer, also known as a hot air duct dryer. hot airflow sawdust dryer is widely used in food, feed, chemical, pharmaceutical, mining and other industries. The advantage of this dryer is direct heating, fast-drying, foldable installation and space-saving. The air dryer is used to mix the moist material with the high-temperature airflow, and finally separate the water from the raw material through the separator.
Working principle
Hot air enters into drying chamber from the bottom of dryer with appropriate spouting speed. Raw material is crushed by dis-integrator and dried by hot air. After being crushed, raw material could have bigger surface area, bigger surface area of raw material and speed difference between raw material with hot air increase drying efficiency.
