KJG Series Hot Air Style Hollow Paddle Dryer Drying Machine For Dyeing Sludge
KJG Series Hollow Blade Dryer( Hollow impeller Dryer)(Hollow Paddle Dryer) is Applicable for drying or cooling of paste, particle, powder and slurry state of material, perform the process of drying, cooling, heating, sterilizing, reacting and combustion under low temperature. The special stirring and heating transferring blade, makes high heat transferring efficiency, and provide self-cleaning function. The special chock shaped stirring and heat transferring blade has high heating efficiency and self-cleaning function of the heating transferring surface.
The paddle dryer is compact in structure and mainly consists of a sandwich casing, a central shaft with staggered blades, inlet and outlet joints, drive mechanisms, control boxes, and other components.
The cylinder is a jacket structure in which hot steam circulates inside. During operation, water vapor is introduced into the jacket, hollow shaft, and blade to provide the heat required for drying; a very small amount of air is introduced into the dryer and used as a carrier for the steam (or organic steam) that evaporates during drying; the material enters the machine from the feed port, and is conveyed by the hollow blade to the discharge port for discharging. The material is heated and evaporated by the hollow blade and the jacket during the conveying process to be dried. The heat transfer surface of the wedge blade has a self-cleaning function. The relative motion between the particles and the wedge surface produces a washing effect that washes away the adhering material on the surface of the blade, which allows the material to have a long residence time and a high fill factor.

3) wide range of materials handling: can use different types of media, not only can treat heat-sensitive materials, but also handle high-temperature materials. Common medias are: water vapor, thermal oil, hot water, cooling water and so on.
4) flexible operation method: Can be continuous operation or intermittent operation, can be applied in many fields.
5) Low environmental pollution: don't use air to dry material, dust material entrainment is rare. Small solvent evaporation, easy to treat. For contaminated materials or solvent recovery conditions, closed-loop can be used.
6) Cheap operating costs: Low-speed mixing and reasonable structure, Low wear, low maintenance costs. For normal operation, just only 1 person / day.
7) Stable operation: Due to the special compression-expansion stirring of the wedge blades, the material particle contact with the heat transfer surface enough, it ensure the processing is stable.
