Crane hook blocks 200t is the most common hook device in the crane machinery. Hook hangs on the wire rope of the lifting mechanism with the help of pulleys such parts,hook is the most widely used among the load handling device. It has such characteristics as simple manufacture and strong usability.
2.Product category of crane hook blocks 200t:
Crane hook blocks have single hook and double hooks according to shape of hook, five strength gradesM,P,S,T,V are classified in accordance with mechanical prperty. Forging hook and strap type hook are manufactured according to the method of manufacturing,
3.Crane hook block:Manufacturing is simple and it is easy to operate,it is mainly used in the workplace below 80t lifting capacity. Force symmetry double hooks are adopted to larger capacity.
4.Crane hook block adopts high-quality low carbon killed steel or low carbon alloy steel,such as 20 high-quality low carbon steel,16Mn,20MnSi,36MnSi,which is annealed after being forged,
5.Crane hook block:riveted through several pieces of cutting forming steel,when individual plate has flaws,the whole hook is not damaged,good safety,heavy dead weight,mainly equipped with big lifting capacity cranes or cranes lifting molten steel ladles.
Crane hook block 200t materials:
1.M grade with DG20,or DG20Mn,
2.P grade with DG20Mn,
3.S grade with DG34CrMo,
4.T grade below 40t with DG34CrMo,more than 40t with DG34CrNiMo or DG30Cr2Ni2Mo,
5.V grade below 40t with DG34CrNiMo or DG30Cr2Ni2Mo,more than 40t with DG30Cr2Ni2Mo.
One of following cases happens,and discard as useless:
1.Flaws,
2.Abrasion of dangerous fracture surface reaches 10% of full size,
3.Degree of opening adds to 15% than full size.
4.Torsional deformation exceeds 10 degree.
5.Dangerous fracture surface and hook neck have plastic deformation,
6.Lining of board hook abrades reaches 50% of full size,and should be discarded as useless,
7.Mandrel of board hook abrades reaches 50% of full size,and should be discarded as useless.
