The integrated BMS comprises multiple components: a main control board, BMU sampling board, high-voltage module, switching power supply, Hall sensor, DC contactor, micro-disconnect switch, fuse (optional), power terminals, structural casing, and wiring assembly. Primarily, the integrated BMS manages the charging and discharging of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries. For use with different battery types, parameter adjustments are necessary, which should be confirmed with us beforehand.
The battery monitoring unit employs 15S technology, necessitating 4 units for 60S batteries and 5 for 75S batteries. Furthermore, each 15S segment includes 3 temperature sensors, totaling 12 for 60S and 15 for 75S batteries.

The system boasts a SOC estimation accuracy of ±5%, and a 3-digit address dial facilitates BMS address setting.
