Universal Tied Bellows Expansion Joint: The universal tied bellows expansion joint features two bellows connected by an intermediate pipe, along with tie rods, end plates, spherical and conical washers, and other components. The tie rod system can manage lateral displacement in any plane and withstand pressure thrust from the bellows. Multiple sets of tie rods are evenly distributed around the expansion joint's circumference. Equipped with two 180-degree tie rods, it allows deflection in both angle and lateral direction. However, with three or more tie rods, only lateral deflection is possible.
