Product Description
WL20 tungsten electrode is a high-performance tungsten alloy electrode, mainly composed of tungsten and a small amount of lanthanum. It has excellent arc stability and long service life, and is particularly suitable for high-precision welding processes such as argon arc welding.
Features:
WL20 tungsten electrode can maintain a stable arc in a high temperature environment, reduce arc fluctuations and offsets, thereby ensuring higher precision and stability during welding. Compared with pure tungsten electrodes, WL20 tungsten electrodes have better arc stability and welding quality. In addition, lanthanum helps to slow down the wear of electrodes at high temperatures, especially in high-current welding, which can effectively extend the service life of electrodes, reduce replacement frequency, and reduce production costs.
Substitutes:
WL20 tungsten electrode can replace thoriated tungsten electrode. Its conductivity is close to that of 2% thoriated tungsten electrode, and there is no radioactive hazard, so welders can use it without changing any welding operation procedures. This substitution not only improves the safety of welding, but also reduces the radiation risk to the environment.
