Product Description
WL15 tungsten electrode is a tungsten electrode containing 1.3% to 1.7% lanthanum oxide, usually with a golden tip. This electrode performs well in the welding process, especially in arc starting performance and flame resistance.
Features:
Extended service life: The lanthanum oxide in the electrode can extend the service life of the electrode, especially in the absence of overload current, its life is longer than that of thoriated tungsten electrodes .
Good arc starting performance: The WL15 tungsten electrode has excellent arc starting performance and is easy to start, especially suitable for low current welding .
Flame resistance: The electrode has good flame resistance and low burnout rate, which is suitable for long-term welding operations .
