Features
The HLN Aerolyn air heaters work independently from the vehicle engines to provide heat to vehicle inner spaces. With the current development of internal combustion engines, efficiency has improved to a level that engine residual heat may not be able to meet the heating requirement of the inner compartment all the time. As a result, a new heating source becomes necessary to keep the comfort level of the vehicle. HLN Aerolyn air heaters work just to solve the problem. The heater draws fuel directly from the vehicle’s fuel tank, has an independent combustion chamber and heat dissipation system. Because it works only to generate heat, the heat conversion efficiency of the heater is significantly higher than that of the engine.
HLN is particularly active in the North America market. The company participated in the Las Vegas AAPEX show, North America Commercial Vehicle Show in Atlanta, The Work Truck Show in Indianapolis and more in Canada. The company also worked closely with the North American customers to address their unique needs. The company is also part of AutoCare Association in the US. HLN pays special attention to quality control. All the heaters made by the company are following ISO 16949 procedures. Each part goes into every heater needs to go through rigorous quality control process and can track to its origin. The heaters are also certified by European E-Mark for the EU market.
Material:
The heater shell adopt PA66 (-40℃~ 215℃) flame resistant material, firebox adopt
import stainless steel, more safe and long lifetime.
The use of Japan Kyocera glow plug, the failure rate dropped to the lowest.
Control chip is car level chip.
