Features
The HLN Aquano coolant heaters preheat the engines in cold weathers to reduce engine wear at the starting stage. At the initial engine starting stage, there is no lubricant on the engine cylinder bore and pistons. Low temperature causes lubricant to increase in viscosity, causing it hard to splash lubricant on to the engine cylinder or pistons. With HLN coolant heaters, the lubricant becomes warm before the engine starts, making the entire cylinder – piston system better lubricated and protected at the engine starting stage. Thus, engine wear reduces significantly and long-term vehicle maintenance cost also reduced.
All of the HLN heaters need to go through rigorous tests before they can hit the market. Conducting in-situ extreme cold environment tests is a standard process for the company as new lines of HLN heaters become available. The company has done multiple tests at an environment temperature of lower than -45°C. In the tests, all air heaters of 2KW, 4KW, 7KW, and water heaters of 5KW, 10KW, 12KW and 15KW are able to start and operate smoothly. In addition, lab tests simulating low temperature (-41°C) and high elevation environments, salt spray, water splash, and electro-magnetic field interference are required for HLN heaters.
The parking heater is an on-board heating device independent of the car engine.
It has its own fuel pipeline, circuit, combustion heating device, and control device.
Without starting the engine, the car engine and the cab parked in the low temperature and cold environment in winter can be warmed up.
Completely eliminate the cold start wear of the car.
