Features
The HLN Aquano 5K coolant heaters preheat the engine coolant to make sure the engines can have a smooth start at a surrounding temperature as low as -41°C. The HLN coolant heaters operate independently from the vehicle engines. Working together with the ingeniously designed smart timer, the heater can start automatically at the pre-set time, to warm up the engine even while you are asleep. When you are ready to start the day with your vehicle in the cold winter morning, it is already warm and ready to go. The compact design of the heater also makes it suitable for a wide variety of vehicles.
HLN is particularly active in the North America market. The company participated in the Las Vegas AAPEX show, North America Commercial Vehicle Show in Atlanta, The Work Truck Show in Indianapolis and more in Canada. The company also worked closely with the North American customers to address their unique needs. The company is also part of AutoCare Association in the US. Working Principle
Combustion supporting air from surrounding environment mixes with fuel from fuel tank in combustion chamber. Then, the mixture is ignited. Heat exchanger will send the heat to cooling liquid circulation system.
Scope of Application
Mainly apply to starting in low temperature, defrosting and heating of all kinds of vehicles which use water-cooled engine such as sedan cars,commercial vehicles, passenger cars, trucks, engineering vehicles, boats,ships and yachts.
