Combustion chamber is a key part of the heater that largely decides the durability of the heater in the long run. HLN selects and utilizes only the best 301S material to make the heater last under all kinds of harsh conditions. Every heater user can do a simple test to judge if the combustion chamber has used good material – use a piece of magnet to see if it can attach to the combustion chamber. If so, it means there is too much iron, instead of steel in the combustion chamber. Therefore, in the long term, heaters with such combustion chambers are more prone to failures.

HLN focuses on systematic improvement on the products’ key component. The fuel pump is a good example. The company provides several variants of fuel pumps to meet different requirement. It started from a version that can function at extreme low temperature (-41°C). Such a pump is ideal for vehicles that need to work at extreme cold environment for extended period. Without starting the generator, the combustion-supporting air drawn from the environment and the diesel oil drawn from the fuel tank are mixed in the combustion chamber, the heat generated by the combustion of diesel oil is transmitted through the aluminum shell, and then the hot air is blown into the heating space by the fan, so that the ambient temperature reaches a certain comfortable temperature and can be used independently when the engine stops.

This parking heater consumes little power. Battery power is only used to start ignition and keep the display screen working. When battery voltage is too low, it automatically cuts off the power supply to ensure low starting power.
