HLN provides air intake fan with brushless motors to independent parking heaters. The motor of the air intake fan is a key part in the parking heater that largely decides the life of the heater. HLN brushless motor can work for at least 5,000 hours during rigorous lab tests. In real operations, its service time can be much longer. With the brushless motor, HLN heaters can comfortably work for 5 years without major maintenance requirement. Therefore, with HLN heaters, your vehicle would not suffer from down times even during most severe winters.
The HLN Smart timer is first of the kind in the parking heater industry. The design of the timer has integrated both sophisticated user requirement and the opinions from industrial design experts. The digital controller includes not only the timer function for the heater users, but also additional special functions for maintenance personnel, and large regional distributors. HLN also work closely with its customers from North America and EU to provide fast updates on emerging requirement. The Diesel air parking heater is a small fuel furnace controlled by a single-chip micro-processor. Its furnace body is located in the hood-shape case,which serves as independent air passage. Cold air is sucked into the air passage by the heat supplying fan and blown out when it becomes hot, so as to form another heating system that is independent to the original heating system of the vehicles.
The Battery Powered air heater for Truck is fully automatically controlled. It features in compact structure, easy installation, energy-saving, environmental,protection, safety and reliability, easy maintenance, etc.
In such a way, heat can be supplied by the heater to driver’s cab and passengers’ compartment no matter the engine is working or not working.
