Features
An HLN coolant heater integrates seamlessly into the engine coolant loop, providing an independent heating source. Within the HLN coolant heater system, the metering pump connects to the existing fuel tank, supplies diesel fuel to the heater for combustion. The circulation pump draws engine coolant into the heater. The heater heats up the coolant, and the coolant continues to warm up the engine block to avoid cold start, or keep the engine operating in a desired temperature. As a result, engine wear is reduced, and the vehicle cabin can be warm without idling the engine.
HLN provides heater accessories targeting various applications. To meet the demand of recreational vehicle users, the company supplies fuel tanks of different grades. From dark color ones that can prevent fuel degradation when exposed to direct sun shine, to the more economical white ones. To meet the demand of boat users, the company supplies installation plates, screws of different grades of stainless steel, in addition to line connection plugs that can prevent corrosion. When working with its regional distributors, HLN always provide sufficient spare parts so they can bring the best customer service to their clients.
