The HLN Aerolyn 2000 air heater is an ideal solution for your cabin heating needs. It can heat the space without idling the engine. The heater can seamlessly integrate to the existing fuel supply system, and operate independently from the engine. A fuel tank is also available in case the vehicle does not operate on diesel. The products have been widely installed on vehicles operating in Europe, Asia-Pacific and Americas, receiving positive feedbacks from operators of trucks, agricultural vehicles, caravans and more. This compact unit quietly provides 2 kW (7,000 BTU/h) of heat output. With its low maintenance and efficient operations, the Aerolyn 2000 air heater can comfortably pay for itself in months.
HLN not only provides the best parking heaters on the market, it also supplies all kinds of spare parts for the heaters. From different installation kits, motors and pumps of different grades, HLN has them all. For example, HLN provides water pumps of different sizes that can fit 2 meters to 8 meters long coolant loops. By doing so, HLN provides its customers with the optimized solution that both saves battery power and realizes the necessary function. The company can also tailor to the unique needs of different customers, providing customized parts.
The air-heated parking heater (hereinafter referred to as the heater) main unit is a small-sized fuel oil furnace made of a single chip, and the furnace body (ie, the heat exchanger) is located in a cover-shaped outer casing constituting the air passage.
The cooling air is sucked into the passage by the heating fan, heated and then blown out, thereby forming a heating system independent of the original heating facility of the vehicle. After heat up the exchanger, deliver hot air through the fan to carriage, storage equipment, deliver hot air through the fan to carriage, storage equipment, cabin and so on.In such a way, heat can be supplied by the heater to driving cab and passenger compartment, no matter the engine is working or not.
