Features
The HLN Aquano 5K coolant heaters preheat the engine coolant to make sure the engines can have a smooth start at a surrounding temperature as low as -41°C. The HLN coolant heaters operate independently from the vehicle engines. Working together with the ingeniously designed smart timer, the heater can start automatically at the pre-set time, to warm up the engine even while you are asleep. When you are ready to start the day with your vehicle in the cold winter morning, it is already warm and ready to go. The compact design of the heater also makes it suitable for a wide variety of vehicles.
An HLN coolant heater integrates seamlessly into the engine coolant loop, providing an independent heating source. Within the HLN coolant heater system, the metering pump connects to the existing fuel tank, supplies diesel fuel to the heater for combustion. The circulation pump draws engine coolant into the heater. The heater heats up the coolant, and the coolant continues to warm up the engine block to avoid cold start, or keep the engine operating in a desired temperature. As a result, engine wear is reduced, and the vehicle cabin can be warm without idling the engine.
The parking heater is an in-vehicle heating device which is independent from the vehicle engine. Double effective advantage, pre-heating the engine or car cabin. The heater is connected to the car engine cooling water circulation system, and the heat generated by the car is absorbed by the car's own heat exchanger, and then in the form of warm air, it is accurately measured and distributed to the interior of the car through the existing air duct. The preheating of the cooling water is used to preheat the engine. The heating start time can be set by the timer, or operated by the remote control to improve the comfort in the cabin. Combustion air absorbed from the environment and fuel from the fuel tank of the car are mixed and ignited. The heat reduction of the heat exchanger is transferred to the cooling circulation system of the car.
