Features
HLN provides air intake fan with brushless motors to independent parking heaters. The motor of the air intake fan is a key part in the parking heater that largely decides the life of the heater. HLN brushless motor can work for at least 5,000 hours during rigorous lab tests. In real operations, its service time can be much longer. With the brushless motor, HLN heaters can comfortably work for 5 years without major maintenance requirement. Therefore, with HLN heaters, your vehicle would not suffer from down times even during most severe winters.
HLN has a rigorous and efficient design and development process. The process starts from fully understand customer needs. Then, the team would pay extra attention to reliability, easy-maintenance, safety and environment protection to optimize the product design. The development team would carry out both software and hardware design based on the customer needs. During the process, the engineers would also carry out SFMEA, DFMEA analysis, dynamic management, and provide real-time updates.
In parallel with the engineering team, the management team would also establish a project responsibility system, to carry out milestone management, and close loop management of existing problems.
Use of the air heaters
The HLN Aerolyn 4000 Air Parking Heaters (2KW and 4KW) and (2.2KW and 4KW )are designed
– to heat cabins, boats, trucks, minibuses, vans, ambulances and motorhomes.
– to defrost vehicle windows.
– to heat cargo.
They are not designed for heating cargo areas used to carry hazardous substances.
The heaters operate independently of the engine and are connected to the fuel tank and the electrical system of the vehicle. They not designed for installation in vehicles with water or air-cooled engines.
