Eagle Beak Shears Excavator Attachment 90 - 110L/Min

Used for H.I steel, automobile girders, factory support beams, shearing and recycling operations, etc. The more heavy steel is sheared, the more effective it can be.

1. Use high-hardness material to achieve efficient cutting performance. The blade fixed with bolts on the sharp tip can be quickly replaced, reducing replacement time.
2. The movable jaw can be operated in both directions to ensure accurate alignment.
3. The new design improves the cutting ability of materials and the fixed material is better free of leakage.
4. Increase cutting ability, the forehead blade with tip can ensure accurate cutting and achieve satisfactory shearing force.
5. Speed up the opening and closing speed, reduce the opening and closing cycle time, restart the power when necessary, and reduce the pressure peak to protect the olecranon shears.
6. All blades are redesigned into diamond shapes to reduce the pressure on the jaw. The shearing blades can be effectively exchanged for use on four sides.
7. The pin position can be adjusted at any time to ensure the shearing of the equipment. When the equipment is fully protected, the pin can be removed and all its components inspected.
8. The rotating gear withstands an over-heavy load and can continuously rotate 360°, so that the olecranon shears are always in a satisfactory shearing position.
9. New and better high-power functional forging cylinder, increased cylinder size, 20% more power, increased shearing power, higher safety, inverted installation of the cylinder can fully protect the cylinder rod.
