OVERVIEW

German milk powder density meter is an instrument used to measure the volume and density of powder objects. The measuring cylinder used for detection is a high-brightness white measuring cylinder. The density of milk powder substance refers to the mass corresponding to the unit volume of milk powder. Because there are voids between particles or within the particles in the milk powder, the density of the powder is usually lower than the true density of the corresponding substance. Therefore, it is necessary to place the powdered milk substance in a prescribed container and tap it before testing. According to the provisions of the national standard, the milk powder substance needs to vibrate under the conditions of vibration frequency of 100-300 times/min and amplitude of 3mm to compact the milk powder and measure the true density. The vibration frequency set by this instrument is 250 times/min, and the amplitude is 3mm. Vibrate at the vibration frequency set by this instrument.

　　In order to cooperate with research institutions, this machine is equipped with continuous tapping and counting settings, which can be selected by demand. This machine is achieved by regularly tapping the measuring tube containing powder. When the user selects the filling amount, the tapping action can be started. When there is a change, the reading will be generated. This type of tapping is achieved by The up and down vibration of the measuring cylinder being completed at a specific weight and distance. During the slap, any detachable masses will be preferentially reduced when they are slapped downwards. The transparent glass The filling tube helps to observe and read the measured value.

OPERATION

Using measuring cylinders of different sizes, it is possible to measure the tapping density through a fixed cap and refer to different quantities of powder, fibrous or granular products.

MAINTENANCE

　　1. The power supply voltage should be between 200V and 240V. When the power supply voltage is unstable or there is pulse interference, it should be equipped with a precision purified AC regulated power supply.

　　2. This equipment should be placed steadily and firmly, avoiding vibration, knocking, and slipping.

　　3. When transporting or moving, please handle with care and do not hit the instrument.

　　4. When cleaning the surface of the instrument, wipe it with a damp towel dipped in detergent and wring it out. The liquid must not flow into or splash into the inside of the instrument.

　　5. Do not turn off the system power instantaneously after it is turned on. The time interval between each opening and closing should be greater than 5 seconds.

　　6. Always check the protective ground wire and other connecting wires to ensure that all parts of the system are in a good grounding state.

　　7. The vibration component is a moving part. Please clean up the powder splashed into the linear bearing with a brush in time. Add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the linear bearing regularly.

　　There are two vibration modes of the milk powder densitometer: Continue mode (vibrating until the power is turned off) or Counter mode (vibrating to the set number of times and then stop), please select before operation.

CONTINUE MODE

　　1. Turn the speed control knob of the machine to the O position, connect the machine to the control box, and then plug in the power source.

　　2. Adjust the height scale to the predetermined filling height. Just loosen the height adjustment button and rotate the filling base to lock the adjustment button with a tool.

　　3. Put the filler into the measuring cylinder, and fix the measuring cylinder with a fixing ring.

　　4. Select the vibration mode to continue.

　　5. Turn on the power button, turn the speed control button to the proper speed, press the start button once, and the machine will start to move.

　　6. At this time, the machine will keep vibrating until the power is turned off.

OPERATION MODE

　　1. Turn the speed control button of the machine to the O position, connect the machine to the counting control box, and then plug it into the power source.

　　2. Adjust the height scale to the predetermined filling height. Just loosen the height adjustment button and rotate the filling base to lock the adjustment button with a tool.

　　4. Select the vibration mode Counter.

Set the number of vibrations of the counting button (0-999 times), turn on the power button, rotate the speed control button to the appropriate speed, press the start button, the machine will start to move, and the number of vibrations will automatically accumulate the number of times; When the cumulative number of times reaches the preset number, the machine will automatically cut off the power to stop filling.

　　5. Turn off the power again and restart it again. At this time, the machine will restart. If you want to continue the measurement, please repeat the above actions.
