The compression part of scroll compressor is composed of a pair of conjugate fixed scroll plate, they form a few of the crescent shaped compression chamber (as shown), the movement of scroll plate is the base circle center around the fixed scroll as the translation itself, not the rotary motion, i.e. moving vortex disk does not rotate movement. The scroll compressor suction, compression and exhaust process is continuous and can be done at the same time, and therefore has no valves, rotating torque variation is small, the characteristics of the exhaust pulsation is small, can effectively reduce the noise and vibration caused by pipe resonance, to achieve the purpose of low noise and low vibration
