Machine Information
This machine is mainly used for the automatic formation of flat masks: the whole roll of fabric is driven by rollers after unwinding, the fabric is automatically folded and hemmed, and the nose bridge is rolled and unwound. Ultrasonic welding to the seal, after the ultrasonic side seal, cutting with a cutter; conveying the mask to the two mask earband welding stations through the assembly line, and finally forming the mask by ultrasonic welding; when the mask is made, passing the assembly line Conveyed to flat belt line for collection.
Applying:
This machine is an all-in-one machine of automatic three-dimensional folding mask. From the feeding of cloth to the completion of automation of finished products, including (upper bridge strip, printing), spot welding of elastic belt, folding, forming, welding and cutting of finished products, waste removal, and finished product output, the automatic production on a machine is fully realized.
