   XWE-DTCW 10kV plug-type voltage sensor used for voltage signal acquisition of ring main unit bushing insulator for transformer voltage sensor

  The plug-type voltage sensor for the ring main unit is a kind of equipment technology that conforms to the primary and secondary fusion equipment of the State Grid. The insulating plug of the cable joint has the characteristics of low power consumption, high accuracy, and three-in-one measurement, measurement and protection.

Features

•  Using the composite film capacitor similar to the CVT transformer structure, the long-term stability is good, and the power grid has long-term stability.
• Concentric structure capacitors are used, the high-voltage arm and low-voltage arm capacitors are wound together, and the insulation structure is combined.
•  The capacitance value of the main capacitor is 650pF, which has the advantages of large working current and strong anti-interference ability.
• The output internal resistance is small, can adapt to various cables, overcome the error caused by the cable, and the cable exchange error is small at 0.1%.
• It has the characteristics of small change in accuracy affected by the ambient temperature, and it will be incorrect in the full temperature range of -40℃~70℃.
• The maximum variation of the difference is less than 0.25%, which fully meets the temperature variation index requirements of the 0.5-level sensor specified by the standard.
• The secondary signal is output through the isolation transformer, which has better safety and anti-interference ability.

Precautions

• The secondary output signal leads of the sensor must be kept away from high-voltage components, and should be close to the box, and the excess leads must be cut short. Make it the shortest.
•  During the 42kV power frequency withstand voltage test of the sensor, the three-phase parallel working current is about 30mA. To meet the required output power, it is normal for the equipment to show that the test current increases during the test.
