1.Product introduction
The ZXR-1A DC resistance tester is a high-precision replacement product that replaces DC single and double arm bridges. The instrument adopts switch power supply technology, and the measurement results are displayed on a four and a half position LCD, while the environmental temperature or test current values are displayed on a three and a half position LCD. This overcomes the disadvantage of other similar products where LED display values are difficult to read in sunlight, and also has automatic arc suppression function. This instrument has the advantages of fast speed measurement, high accuracy, intuitive display, strong anti-interference ability, small size, low power consumption, stable and reliable test data, and is not affected by human factors. It is an ideal instrument for measuring the resistance of various inductive loads such as power transformers, as well as the contact resistance of low-voltage switches, and the interface resistance of wires, cables, or welding seams. Its measurement speed is several hundred times faster than that of electric bridges. The instrument is equipped with a rechargeable battery pack (12V) for both AC and DC purposes, making it easy for on-site and field testing.
1. Fast testing speed: This instrument can output a charging current of up to 1A, effectively compensating for the current inertia of high inductance equipment during measurement, accelerating the saturation of the iron core, thereby shortening the charging time and improving the testing speed, which is several hundred times faster than traditional instruments with single or double arm bridges.
2. High accuracy: In addition to using the four terminal measurement method, this instrument also adopts constant current power supply technology to maintain a relatively stable charging current for inductive loads, with stable anti-interference ability and strong anti-interference ability, thereby ensuring measurement accuracy. And high-quality components imported from abroad are used, with high measurement accuracy and good repeatability.
3. AC/DC dual use: This instrument comes with a rechargeable battery pack, powered by AC/DC, portable design, easy to use and carry.
