ZGF-S series water internal cooling generator through DC high voltage test device adopts medium frequency voltage doubling circuit. Pioneered the application of PWM pulse width modulation technology and high-power IGBT devices. According to electromagnetic compatibility theory, special shielding, isolation and grounding measures are adopted. The DC high voltage generator achieves high quality, portable and can withstand rated voltage discharge without damage.
Features
1.Due to the large water-cooled generator winding conduction current is very large, under the test voltage to 20-150mA or so. If there is no sufficient capacity of DC high voltage generator, the voltage cannot be increased.
2. At present, the output current of the domestic DC high-voltage generator is generally within 10mA, and the high-voltage generator with the output current of 200mA cannot be output.
3. Dc test for general high-voltage electrical equipment, can find its insulation penetration defects, and for the motor, it can uniquely find its local insulation defects (stator coil end insulation), which can not be replaced by other tests.
4. In order to accurately measure the leakage current of the water-cooled generator set, the compensation loop test of various interference currents is designed to completely exclude the influence of stray current and the polarization potential interference of the sink pipe, and the current of the test product is truly measured.
