ZX-V1 integrated detector is a detection device that collects abnormal ultrasonic signal of power line and analyzes it by software to diagnose hidden trouble of power line. The device can judge the location and type of hidden trouble in the condition of no power failure. The device collects ultrasonic abnormal signals through the ultrasonic detector (ultrasonic sensor) and transmits them to the host. At the same time, the type and severity of hidden faults are accurately diagnosed through the built-in analysis software of the host, and are converted into audible sound signals and waveform output to help inspection personnel accurately discover hidden faults of the line, prevent malignant faults, and avoid unnecessary power failure. The reliability of power supply is improved, and the work efficiency and labor intensity of inspection personnel are also improved.
Features

3) It can scan the open (open-air) equipment of the transformer station to find and locate various partial discharges: corona, arc, flashover, creepage, line break, arc pulling, etc.
4) Discover and locate insulator discharge on the tower, creepage of the open-air cable head, and local discharge detection and positioning of underground cables;
5) In the handover and preventive test of power system, in the office discharge test of the main transformer and GIS, the device is used with the office discharge instrument. If there is partial discharge, it can distinguish between internal discharge and external discharge. If it is external discharge, the specific discharge point can be located.
6) In the factory test of large oil-immersed transformers, dry transformers and GIS manufacturers, the device is used in the office discharge test with the office discharge instrument. If there is discharge, it can not be seen whether it is internal discharge or external discharge on the screen of the office discharge instrument, and the test product is scanned with the handheld inspection positioning instrument. It can quickly find and locate the external discharge point, if there is no external discharge, it is judged to be internal discharge.
