The design of this series of motors has the characteristics of high starting point, high requirements and high reliability. The mechanical structure adopts a high-reliability structure that has been verified for a long time in China. Long-term operation without aging, the motor life is greatly improved, and the performance parameters exceed the requirements of the corresponding national standards.
The energy efficiency index of Y series 6kV and 10kV high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors conforms to the level 3 standard of GB 30254-2013; the energy efficiency index of YX series 6kV and 10kV high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors conforms to the level 2 standard of GB 30254-2013. The motor adopts the internationally popular unit combination structure (also known as box structure), and the base is welded with steel plates, which is light in weight and good in rigidity. It is determined to adopt an external press-fitting structure, with reliable fixing and binding at the ends.
