The stator structure of the high-voltage and high-efficiency asynchronous starting permanent magnet synchronous motor is similar to that of the ordinary Y series asynchronous motor. The company's R&D team adopts modern high-performance motor design theory and design technology to optimize the iron core and winding; the rotor is embedded with high-function rare earth "Magnetic King", and the squirrel cage structure is optimized, which can generate higher than ordinary asynchronous motors at rated voltage and rated frequency. starting torque.
Rare earth "Magnetic King" is recognized by the world as the permanent magnet material with the highest magnetic energy product in the world. After saturation magnetization, it presents a "permanent magnetic field". After the motor is installed, there is no need for the reactive excitation current of the power supply, the permanent magnetic field of the "magnet king", and the interaction with the three-phase current of the winding to generate stable electromagnetic torque to drive the load.
This structural feature of the permanent magnet motor makes the power factor high. Under the condition of ensuring the same output power, the current is significantly reduced, the resistance loss of the winding is reduced, there is basically no rotor loss during operation, and it exhibits remarkable high efficiency and energy saving characteristics. Due to the reduction of total loss, the temperature rise is more than 30K lower than that of ordinary asynchronous motors, and the operating life is extended. This is the basic working principle of an asynchronous start permanent magnet synchronous motor.
