TYPD series belt conveyor permanent magnet direct drive synchronous variable frequency motor, which is widely used in cement, mining, metallurgy, washing, chemical, wharf and other industries, replaces the original asynchronous motor with reducer drive mode, removes the deceleration The permanent magnet synchronous motor directly drives the belt pulley. There is no intermediate transmission link, which improves the reliability of the system, shortens the transmission chain, improves the efficiency, and reduces the failure rate.
TYP series motors are specially designed variable frequency stepless speed regulation motors used with synchronous frequency converters. They can work under variable frequency power supplies. The rotors of the motors are inlaid with high-strength magnetic steels. They belong to permanent magnet synchronous motors. with and without encoder. This series of products is used together with the intelligent control system to form an intelligent mechatronics equipment. The permanent magnet motor is made of rare earth permanent magnet special material, with high magnetic strength, large overload torque for starting and running, small current and wide operating frequency range. This series of products is suitable for the occasion of stepless speed regulation, and can replace YVP, YCT and other series motors, with good low-speed operation and high control precision.
