Solution to the failure of the pressure washer to start
A. Line check Check whether the wiring place of the distribution panel is correctly connected. There is no virtual connection. Check whether overheating protection is activated due to circuit instability. Check whether the relay power switch and other connections are disconnected or virtual. Whether the electrical appliances can work normally. Look for problems to solve one by one.
B. If the pressure washer is prevented for a period of time, and the pressure washer has the function of stopping the gun. Remove control downtime pressure switch, with a relatively thin needles at the top of the electricity power supply conditions of dynamic pressure switch, micro switch, if the machine starts, remove the pressure regulating valve components, then even the thimble drawn together, take down the parts and pressure regulating valve component parts with a little butter, sliding smooth recovery after everything is ok.
C. If the pressure washer has been placed for a long time, after the treatment of item B, remove the pump head of the high pressure pump, start the power supply and the machine can work, and then restore the high pressure pump.
D. If the pressure washer is in use, shut down the gun and then fire the gun without starting it. It could be the trigger of the pressure washer. Turn off the pressure washer, leave it on for 24 hours, then replace the spray gun.
E, after the power is turned on, the machine does not start, and there is a buzzing sound, immediately turn off the power, check whether there is a virtual connection of the three phases. This is a phase deficiency. If it's a single phase motor there might be a high pressure pump stuck somewhere. Just find the part that's stuck and get rid of it.
