Principle of ultrasonic cleaning machine: Passed by high frequency oscillation signal from the ultrasonic generator, transducer into high frequency mechanical vibration and spread to the media, cleaning solvents, in ultrasonic cleaning fluid density and radiation forward, make the liquid flow and produce tens of thousands of 50-500 microns diameter of tiny air bubbles, exists in the tiny air bubbles in the liquid in the sound field under the action of vibration.
These bubbles form and grow in the negative pressure region where ultrasonic waves propagate longitudinally, while in the positive pressure region, when the sound pressure reaches a certain value, the bubbles grow rapidly and then suddenly close. When the bubble is closed, the shock wave is generated and thousands of atmospheres are generated around it, destroying insoluble dirt and dispersing them in the cleaning liquid. When the group particles are wrapped in oil and adhered to the surface of the cleaning part, the oil is emulsified and solid particles are detached, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning part purification. In this process, known as cavitation, bubbles close to form a temperature of several hundred degrees and a sudden pressure of more than 1,000 pressures.
