Start to make mold, Cut steel, CNC machining, polishing, sampling,etc.
6 . Mold Processing
Share some mould process photos to customer to keep customer posted.
7 . Sample and delivery
T0 - T1: Checking if mould running ok, the dimensions, weight, wall thickness to meet customer requirements.
After all is ok, we will send samples to customer approve.

1 . Packaging : pack the parts into the transparent bag,and place the bags into the carton box one by one . Common packaging: pack the parts into the transparent plastic bag
2 . Shipping method: By sea or by air according to customer's need.
3 . Loading port: Guangzhou Port or Shenzhen Port of the Guangdong Province.
4 . Shipping way: By air (3-6 days), or by sea (15-35 days).

7. Package Wooden case for moulds, cartons for parts ,or as your requiretment.
