Resistance wire atmosphere furnace application:
SP high temperature vacuum furnace is widely used in denture processing industry, scientific research institutes, as well as high temperature sintering of power metallurgy industry, annealing, zirconia sintering, ect.. high temperature heat treatment processing.
Resistance wire atmosphere furnace features:
1. Maximum energy efficiency is achieved by surrounding the chamber with thermal-efficient alumina fiber ceramic insulation.
2. Heavy duty double layer structure with cooling fan. Lower temperature in outside case.
3. Thermocouple installed for immediate use.
4. Temperature control unit can be separated from furnace , and make moving at easy.
5. Vent port installed on the top for gas flow. ( gas outlet)
6. Furnace chamber size can be customized;
7. Small volume, good working performance, nice outlook, less consumption and convenient to move;
8. The door can be designed to up and down type or slid type;
