1. Applications of induction melting furnace : used for melting stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel.

3. The aluminum frame of electric is adopted to small capacity smelting furnace with reasonable structure and small capacity, convenient installation and simple maintenance, low maintenance cost.
4. The induction coils of fast melting furnace are double paralleled winded with prolonged coil to make sure the half capacity of furnace molten liquid can be heated by full load power output which will improve overall efficiency. Cooling system is equipped along with the induction coil prolong the lining life.
5. The inner wall of induction coil of large capacity electric furnace is cast with imported high temperature resistant insulation material to prevent of furnace lining leakage.
Environment and condition usage for induction melting furnace
1. Temperature should be at 2℃ to 35℃.
2. The relative humidity no more than 90%
3. Installation height not higher than 1000m
4. No conductive dust and corrosive gas in working place.
5. No explosion and violent vibration room around the place
6. The temperature of the the cooling water should no less than 10℃,not more than 30℃,hardness<8 degree,
Ph<degrees,pressure>0.2Mpa.
7. Power supply must be AC 380V 3-phase 50Hz/60Hz,Voltage fluctuation 370-410Volts.
