1200C Top Open Electric Tube Furnace Description:
SP 1200C Laboratory Electric Furnace 50x600mm (ODxlength) Portable split-tube furnace with helical coils embedded in 1500C alumina fibre insulation. The double-layered steel inner shell helps minimize heat loss from the outer surface. The laboratory tube furnace is controlled by a 30-segment programmable temperature digital controller. All our laboratory furnaces are CE compliant.
Features of Electric Tube Furnaces
1. Compact, portable and lightweight design.
2. The split furnace is convenient for quick and easy maintenance of furnace lining and lines.
3. Standard package includes a set of stainless steel vacuum sealing flanges with valve and pressure gauge.
4. Microprocessor-based self-tuning PID controller.
5. Multiple atmosphere processes in a single cycle are possible (eg: binder burnout in air and parts sintering in rough vacuum or inert gas environment.)
