250W Aluminum Housed Wirewound LED Load Resistors,For Direct Heatsink Mounting

 

Structure :

1.The resistors core components are made of insulating and high-temperature resistant materials as the resistors framework,evenly wound with high-quality alloy wires.Metal aluminum shell potted with high insulation non-combustible electronic paste,so that the aluminum shell and the resistance core components are closely combined into a solid entity,not affected by external air,vibration and dust,high stability and thermal conductivity.
2.The aluminum shell is made of high-quality industrial 6063 aluminum,and the surface is high-temperature anodized to achieve attractive appearance and great heat dissipation.

 

Features 
1.We supply standard and custom designed aluminium housed resistors for general-purpose use,power supplies,power generation and the traction industry.
2.The RH is a range of extremely stable,high quality wire-wound resistors capable of dissipating high power in a limited space with relatively low surface temperature.
3.The power is rapidly dissipated as heat through the aluminium housing to a specified heatsink.
4.The resistors are made from quality materials for optimum reliability and stability.
5.We can test resistors to conform to relevant international or customer specifications.
