Machine frame structure and main characters
1).Solid square steel frame: Panel 30mm thick , solid cage use 60 * 60mm square steel, the base use 120mm × 120mm square tube, back transmission gearbox are widened for easy repair. Bottom panel 18mm thick. The main frame panel adopts six-sided high-precision plane grinding and module design to ensure the stability of high-speed operation. Adopt stainless steel covering the machine surface, better appearance and much cleaner.
2)Fluff core adopts direct-head feeding system, the cellulose is evenly distributed, and the width of the cotton core is adjustable within 400-550mm.
