The lightweight extruded aluminum frame allows for fast and easy assembly, and clear vinyl allows for full visibility around the entire room. The modular nature of construction means that these units are customizable at any point in time. Motorized HEPA filters which are 99.99% efficient on particles of 0.3μm or larger sit atop the unit introducing clean air into the room, while cleanroom light fixtures provide a lighted space suitable for any application. A 4′ wide vinyl strip door with strips alternating clear/frosted provides a clear path for entry and exit. The SoftWall cleanroom is ideal for truncated production timelines, tight manufacturing spaces, and operations with the need for constant flexibility. SoftWall cleanrooms 12′ x 12′ and under can even have casters added to the support legs for increased flexibility within the space.
