This chocolate depositing line is especial for chocolate pouring and depositing including machanism, Electrical controlling. It is a high tech full automatic chocolate moulding machine. The production process include mould heating, chocolate depositing, mould vibrating, mould conveying, cooling and demolding.
Use Range of Fully Automatic Chocolate Moulding Line
There are single shot, two shots and three shots of chocolate moulding machine, so it is mutifunctional, can make different kinds of chocolate with different sizes and shapes:
-pure chocoalte
-center filling chocolate
-two color chocolate
-nuts mixed chocolate (nuts feeder unit required)
-wafer chocolate (wafer inserter unit required)

1. Fully automatic PLC control, highly stable and reliable. The service system reduces the maintenance cost and product pollution to the maximum.
2. There are a lot of add-on devices can be attached to this chocolate production line, such as Auto Biscuits Feeder, Auto Wafer Feeder, Auto Sprinkler, etc. Customers can choose these additional devices accordingly.
3. There are single depositor, double depositor or more to meet different chocolate production need, you only need to change a depositor or the chocolate syrup distribution plate that used with the chocolate depositor machine.
4. With plastic guide-rail protection, the chain will not contact with spilled chocolate, which meets the overall food hygiene requirements.
