Automatic Carton Box Bottles Shrink Wrap Machine
Introduction of Carton Box Shrink Wrapping Machine:
An automatic heat shrink wrapping machine is suitable for wrapping products such as mineral water bottles, beer bottles, drinks bottles, etc. without a bottom tray, working with a film shrink tunnel to pack the goods perfectly, the whole production process adopts the advanced technology. Capacity stable and used for a long time. It consists of seven actuating motor, through cooperation with 7 actuating motor to form the product packed with plastic film and several bottles as a group come out from the hot shrinking packing machine.
Features of Bottles Shrink Wrapping Machine:
1. Temperature, sealing time and film length adjustments by the touch display.
2. This machine only artificial product placement, the machine complete push, sealing and cutting, heat-shrinkable packaging series of actions automatically, reduce the labor intensity, improve work efficiency greatly.
3. Machine tool, a set of the film with alloy blade, plating, Teflon, non-stick knife, sealing and cutting effect is good.
4. Heat sealing knife used aluminum alloy + stainless steel heating tablets, a longer life.
5. Film frame with pull film machine, avoid using large volume PE membrane sealing and cutting the problems.
6. Furnace adopts the impeller blades, hot air circulation effect is good.
7. Optional date coder /Ink roller printer
