Introduction of Sugar Grinder Pulverizer
Sugar powder machine is not only suitable for all kinds of dry food (rice, corn, wheat grains, etc.); spices (pepper, cumin, osmanthus, etc.); low oil content of nuts, beans, sugars, and dried herbs. It’s inner wall is processed finely, so it is smooth and level. Its features are simple and solid in structure.
Working Principle of Sugar Grinding Equipment
1. The raw material is fed into the hopper by the feed conveyor and then leaks into the crashing cabin.
2. The leather belt driven by motor spurs the motional hammers whirling in a high speed, the hammers chafe, collide with the immovable fluted disc in a high speed, then the raw material is ground.
3. The pulverized powder leaks out of the sieve plate and comes out of the discharge hole and stored in the bag.
Features of Salt Grinding Machine
1. The powder size is obtained by replacing mesh screen with different aperture.
2. The machine is all stainless steel, all the inner wall of the machine shell is machined to achieve a smooth surface, so that pharmaceuticals, food, chemical and other production more in line with national standards.
