Ice cream cone maker machine is a main equipment to make different shapes and sizes of ice cream cone equipment, it is specially designed to produce beautiful ice cream cones, biscuit cones. The machine use flour as raw material. It is the ideal equipment for making holder or container for filling ice cream or other similar food.
The moulds of this series ice cream biscuit cone machine are interchangeable, the same moulds can be used in all this series machine. By changing the machine mould, you can produce wafer cones with different size and shapes.
The gelgoog ice cream cone machine with humanization design is easy to operate, convenient and practical. The wafer cone making machine made of the high quality stainless steel 304, make sure the food is healthy. Production Process of Biscuit Cup Cone Machine
1. The ice cream cone making machine should be put flatly on table level, may not be inclined.
2. Turn on the machine and set upper and lower mold temperature, and then wait for the temperature rise.
3. After the machine mould temperature rise, make the upper and lower mould closer.
4. Pour your row material(flour), close the upper and lower moulds, after about one to two minutes, the ice cream cone formed.
5. Open the lower moulds, ice cream cones will automatically fall into the following channels and sliding out.
6. Finally, repeat the above process to produce the ice cream cones.
