Description of Pine Nut Peeling Machine
The pine nut grading shelling line is a patented product independently developed by our company. It can achieve the shelling and sorting of pine nuts and buckwheat. The unhulled nuts left can be automatically returned to the sheller for re-hulling, which greatly increases the degree of automation. It is the world's most advanced equipment for pine nut and buckwheat shelling. Low energy consumption, compact structure, small footprint, high grading shelling rate, high degree of automation, and easy operation and maintenance.
Components of Buckwheat Shelling Machine
Cleaning grading unit: on the hopper, raw material hoist, multi-function machine, bucket elevator, grading machine and electronic control cabinet.
Shelling seperating unit: on the hopper, hoist, shelling sorting host, the additional sieve section and control cabinet.
Working Process of Pine Nut Sheller Machine
Input → elevating → cleaning → elevating by bucket elevator → shelling → separating shells from seeds and kernels → pine nut kernels
