Introduction of Buckwheat Hulling Separating Machine
Buckwheat Hulling machine can be applicable for buckwheat grading, shelling, peeling and separating. The equipment features low electricity consumption, compact structure, small area occupation, low damage of seeds and kernels, automatic feeding of unhulled seeds, simple maintenance. It is recognized to be one of the most optimum equipment for buckwheat, moringa seeds, pine nuts and so on seeds hulling and separating in the world.
Structure of Moringa Seed Shelling Separating Machine
The shelling machine consists of a hopper, a raw material elevator, a sheller, a seed separator, a leaf spring screen, a hopper, and an electric control cabinet. The moringa seed material is added to the hopper, the hopper enters the unpacking chamber, and after the mechanical rotary kneading, the shell and the kernel are separated, and the shell is then discharged through the outlet to complete the shelling process. It features high automatic, high wheat left rate, low break rate, easy to operate and convenient.
Process Flow of Buckwheat Peeling Machine
Cleaning Grading: Loading→lifting → removing impurity(Removal of various impurities in the raw materials, such as large miscellaneous, small miscellaneous, light hybrid, heavy miscellaneous and so on)→ classification → 6 levels
Shelling & Grading: Lifting→shelling(Unhulled kernels can be automatically returned to the shelling section and shelled again)→peeling→sorting
