1.the injera machine may manufacture thickness 0.3-2mm spring roll sheet, injera, lumpia wrapper and the crepes, and may manufacture other laminated, food, suits in the food products factory, the hotel, the fast food restaurant and so on .
2.The part in contact with the material of crepe making machine is made of stainless steel 304 materials.
3. Crepe machine can make round or rectangular (need cutting part) spring roll sheet. We can make new machines according to your sheet diameter.
4. The automatic injera maker machine uses flour as material, you also can add some spice to make injera. Operation is very easy and has high capacity.
Automatic Crepe Machine Working Principle:
Firstly, make the liquid according to the liquid manufacturer craft; after the liquid is heated and roasted by the round heating roasting, it becomes the fixed thickness the spring roll skin or other laminated food.
Crepe, Injera Making Machine Working Flow:
Firstly, put the ready liquid to the stuffchest; secondly, start the thick liquid pump to deliver the surface thick to the spray nozzle place when the round heating roasts after 160℃; then operate the coupling operateing lever, that causes the surface thick liquid adherency to roast the round circular arc surface, along with roasts when the wheel has revolved 270-300 degrees angles, the surface thick liquid curing, automatically separate with roasts the whee, so forms the fixed thickness the spring roll wrapper, after the cutting off machine, become the block, then folds for the sale.
